  • Video recordings don’t work

    I subscribed to the 7 day version. Worked great for 3 days but no longer records to the cloud. My router shows video was sent to the cloud but I don’t see it. Don’t waste your money on a subscription! The live video does work fine however, hence the 2 stars
  • Fix scanning the QR codes

    The camera won’t refocus when scanning the QR code on the RFID collar tag. And it won’t scan when it’s in focus because it’s too far away. This is my third collar. Great app but this needs to be fixed. I also can’t add more than one collar to the food dispenser? I’d like to add more than one collar just in case the current collar falls off and I can’t find it. I don’t want to have to open the app to remove the current lost collar and add the backup collar.
  • Constant upsell attempts impair usability

    App works mostly fine except that basic operations like viewing videos from an SD card ALWAYS require first seeing a screen trying to sell you a subscription.
  • Wont let me turn off notification

    I love everything about this feeder but it will not let me turn off notifications for sound detection. Please fix this!!!!!!!!!! So frustrating!!!

    Update: The Petlibro team resolved my issue and everything is working great. I have updated my review to five stars and recommend this product. ____________ The camera in the app does not work and I get the error “failed to load with network exception”. Everything else in the app works well, and I can remotely control the feeder. Please fix this issue and I will update my rating to 5 stars.
  • More time to feed

    I have 3 wet food feeders and I feed my 2 cats 3 times a day. I think the feeder works great, but I wish it would allow for a longer amount of time to stay open. 4 hours is not enough time for my cats. At least 6 hours maybe 8 hours would make me happy.

    I love this app. Truly do! However, as of recently, I’ve noticed issues where a software update is performed and out of nowhere I’m completely logged out of my app. This prevents me from receiving app notifications in case water is too low, etc. This is my only complaint.
  • Not worth the money

    I have the RFID dry food feeder and it’s the worst thing I’ve spent money on! My cats are able to open up the lids, they jam up constantly, the rotors get stuck. When I’ve had issues with the feeders and I reached out to the company all they say is try cleaning them and I’d like to say do you think I don’t clean them ?! I changed the batteries on one of them tonight and it won’t go back online. So my cat isn’t able to eat. I can’t leave the lid open because I have other cats. If you’re looking into purchasing a feeder don’t purchase these!
